The Racing Form/Equibase rep who feeds ThoroGraph with
it's ground loss and race-specific information at Monmouth Park is doing a merely adequate job. [I'm being kind.] The job Ragozin's rep does there is vastly superior.

Reference is made to TWENTYFRST CENTURY's debut. That's
June 10, Monmouth's 10th. [The Racing Form pp line is in
Wednesday, June 23rd's Racing Form when she ran back].
TC was left in the gate by many lengths in her debut.
Anyone can access http://www.compuraceinc.com/ to see the replay for themselves. The Ragozin spotter at Monmouth noted this. Ray Charles could have seen it. But the Form/Equibase guy didn't, So Racing Form, Equibase and ThoroGraph users were not likely aware of it.

This kind of situation happens ALL THE TIME. So... after
a while... I feel obliged to say something about it.
I appreciate the subtle but important race-specific
extras Ragozin typically has. For example, the Rags will
include "vet scratch" information. [Hey, we're talkin'
Jersey-breds here]. When using the Monmouth Ragozins,
I sense someone legitimately was on the ball... and did some work... and noted bar shoes... and viewed the head-ons, etc. I don't have the same feeling when I use the ThoroGraphs.

Jerry, bring this up at the next board meeting. You can't catch everything, but the ThoroGraph spotter at Monmouth [and elsewhere too?] can do a much better job.

Jon
