: : A couple of posts by JB lead me to believe that a change in venue would not be
: : unwelcomed. Sounds good to me. I notice Fair Grounds opens Nov. 25th, JB mentioned
: : it as a possiblity, so I start tracking ROI there on Thursday when it opens and
: : continue FOR THE MEET if nobody has any objections. I will finish up AQU with Sun,
: : then start FG on the 25TH. With horses shipping in from all over, should be good
: : sheet country for awhile I would think. This plan sound O.K. with everyone? Doing
: : ROI at one track is the same as another. And doing a full meet should give a better
: : overall picture of how TG's picks are doing.

: *** This meet runs for 4 MONTHS!! Personally , I think you'll die of boredom by Christmas - but what the hell do i know . GO FOR IT - YOU'RE THE ROI MAN !! bj
Semi-senility can be a very pleasant place bj. Believe it or not, I find simplistic accounting like tracking ROI's very relaxing. It's a job with a beginning, a
middle and an end. Very different from the real world where nothing ever seems to be completed or handled totally. This is sort of like the 9 to 5 job I never had.
Also, on a higher level, I think its been good for the board. Lets people look at some real handicapping issues rather than just slinging mud around.
