: : Time to put up or shut up chuckles!! (Didn't you have a LOCK exacta box over a week ago WITHOUT EVEN SEEING the draw . . . damn you're good!) Let's see what you've got!
: : Congaree seems most likely to be a decent price (10-1 now) and have good shot of getting in top two. Hate the jock and the fact that horse has had only 3 weeks rest, but 10 - 1 and Baffert on an improving horse with good post is enough to make this horse my key.
: : Here are horses I'm playing with him in exactas (no triples) and the reason they are each NOT the key:
: : Balto Star is only 7-1 and has run 2 HUGE races in a row. Lots of other early speed. Possible up the track. Guidry is not going to help.
: : Express Tour has a high dosage which usually doesn't win the Derby and he's only had ONE race this year - another negative. But he's 14 - 1 now and has to be used.
: : Monarchos is 12 - 1 off his 2nd to last race. His backward move COULD be a negative, but he may be sitting on a big one. Toss at your own peril.
: : Point Given has a BAD post and is the favorite. I may use UNDER Congaree in exactas. If he beats me, it won't be the first time Gary Stevens winds his way through traffic to steal the show.
: : Good luck to all.
: How can you say PG has a bad post given the results over the past few years? Do you watch the race or you just don't remember? Wondering.
Anyone know today's closing odds on PG? I figure he must be taking all the $ if Congaree closed at 10-1
