Hmm

Not sure. Watched wide sweeps and horses off rail at long odds that didn't figure to run that well win a couple races in a row while speed on rail faded badly. Now just saw a wire job from maybe the 4 path

Wouldn't swear to a deadish rail but wouldn't want to be in it either

Perhaps so sensitized to that happening the 2 times a year I bet Parx I am seeing something really not there.
