Uncle Bill once theorized in the backyard if a trainer can get his horses to extend their stride by just an extra few inches in each stride, imagine the amount of distance that would cover in a race compared to another trainer who couldn't accomplish that. I told UB he was crazy. After further thought I actually gave it much more consideration...and I'm still pondering that one.

In the same vein, imagine the amount of money you could accumulate if you paid your workers with tips on turf winners when you have 3 in the race instead of overtime wages.....
