I've experimenting with place betting and noticed a couple of other oddities:

The place payoff (for $2) on Japan in the King Edward VII Stakes on Thursday was $2.02.

I got nickel breakage from NYRA Bets yesterday on both Space Blues and Blue Point yesterday, whereas XpressBet listed payouts with dime breakage.
