It is the perfect cover for Delmar. Strategic PR decision to bar Hollendorfer, Court rules in Hollendorfer favor and heaven forbid something happens to a Hollendorfer horse, no one can point finger at Del Mar management. ( We need not reach the legal issue of whether an arbitration clause governed the parties rights, obligations and disputes.)
