First race at fairgrounds tomorrow, one of the stakes races i wait all year for: The South Mississippi Owners and Breeders Stakes. Why, u might ask? Because of Horses like Moonlightpremier who has run a 34 in her debut, improved to a 27 next out, and then bounced to a 32 in her last. Now, I ask you, since her bounce was still better than her debut, will she most likely go forward? She is first time blinkers. A bargain @ 20/1 ML if she moves forward.
And then there's Miss Yahoo Dot Won, wo debutted with 31, bounced to a 51, and then circled back to a 35 in her last. Thoro pattern says shes 7% to go forward, so I'm thinkin' she breaks 30 in here. Another bargain at 30/1 ML. All sarcasm aside, I think Miss Hawk @ 6/1 ML is worth a long look. . . thoughts?
