Talked to NY stewards about Wayne Potts being able to run in SPA opener. Since there is no ruling against Potts from a state commission, just an in-house decision by Maryland Jockey Club to bar him, he was permitted to run. [i] The stewards said last year, when Marcus Vitali had his license suspended by Delaware Gaming Commission, horses he had entered at Saratoga were scratched.[/i]
