Check out Barry Irwin’s letter to the Paulick Report, posted at top of hour.

Reading this letter it is obvious Mr. Irwin is not among the Friends of Bob.

In Irwin’s letter, he says that unnamed horsemen and vets seem to think the overage is consistent with a joint being injected too close to race time.
