very lucky, indeed. I very much like this guy & met him at turfway shortly after he burst on the scene in big races - must have been KY Cup day in September 20xx. He was flying back to NY, and we were heading back to ...wherever the hell we lived then...didn't speak much English back then, but very polite & truly appreciative of the brief success he'd had to date. I wish him a speedy recovery and the best of luck! Like Bailey & Stevens used to say "what other job has an ambulance follow you around at work?"
