In Race 5 tomorrow at Horseshoe Indy, Just for Fun should win tomorrow in my opinion.

2nd choice on the M/L, this horse is coming off a 13 month layoff. Blinkers On, FTL, New trainer for CRK as documented in a DRF article past day or so.

The field is absolutely garbage for a MSW race. The 6 Boogie Woogie Gal is 8-5 on the morning line and has shown an inability to get the job done. Extends from 5.5f to 6f should not help presumably. Last race earned a 54 Beyer and 51 prior to that in September after a an approx 16 month layoff. Likely loose on the lead and that's always dangerous but. . .

Just for Fun is stablemates with a horse named Alston. Alston debuted as a 3yo at Horseshoe Indy on 11/4. 7-2 for the $525k purchase also owned by CRK Stables, the horse sat off leaders and won by 2 against MSW 32k, 3yo and up horses. He earned an 83 Beyer figure.

Just for Fun and Alston have a workout that matches up on 10/12/24, a bullet 47 4/5 Bg at TTC, 1st of 61. No video on the Kentucky site for workouts but have to assume Just for Fun was at least within a head or so of Alston in this workout assuming they worked together. Just for Fun's last work was a bullet 36 Bg on 11/6 and had a 48 3/5 B 2/24 work prior to that.

She will have to run down Boogie Woogie Gal who will likely be loose. But jock Pedroza also rode Alston so he knows what he is doing for the barn and hopefully keeps Boogie in his sights and streaks by in the stretch.

I'm guessing Just For Fun goes off about 8-5 or 9-5 but I'll take it tomorrow. Maybe the sharpies of today know every single detail like this and the horse goes lower and I'll stay away. But hoping Boogie attracts more money and I'll play.

Good Luck.
