I’m not going to lead this, at least not near term. But most previous racing boycotts were done wrong.
The only way to do it is A) target one track, on one day, then a different track, on a different day, etc. The economic impact of the boycott has to be made clear. B) have your ducks in a row before starting. That involves getting the big players on board. C) Play the pools that CAW players can’t play in. The X Country pick 5 is one, NYRA has a couple, so does GP. It’s dumb that they don’t advertise them.
I do believe there was one boycott that was pretty successful, about 20 years ago. Northern California, I think.
