With all due respect Jerry, you are the perfect person to lead this. You are articulate, your product and company have lots of "pull" in the industry, you wager, you lead the effort in the 2 minute lock out in the win pool at NYRA, and have always been an advocate of the horseplayer.

An Op-Ed by you regarding this subject would probably be enough to get there attention on the matter.
