4. Is Keeneland really going to go it alone (as opposed to NYRA and Del Mar/SA) and take the bad PR of not giving retail players a morsel of 2 minutes to post CAW exclusion?

We shall see how that goes. Jim Goodman is such a nice guy I read and hear. And he is in charge of wagering development. But he's gonna watch the CAW's chew up all the retail players as long as he is getting paid I guess.
