All things considered, things are going as planned for the Titanic known as horse racing I guess.
1. In the Racing has the Best Technology Category (Didn't this happen on Tampa Bay Derby Day and it was someone else's fault if i recall?)

2. In the Racing is closing more tracks at some point category (Belinda willing to sacrifice entries from a trainer which always helps her CAW partners and pals b/c she is hell bent on decoupling. This one is going to get awfully ugly)

3. And in the Gamblers actually might be Victims Category, I need to actually read the entire opinion. But I'm sure the resident experts on "this means nothing" can weigh in on this interesting opinion from the 2nd Circuit.

4. Is Keeneland really going to go it alone (as opposed to NYRA and Del Mar/SA) and take the bad PR of not giving retail players a morsel of 2 minutes to post CAW exclusion?
We shall see how that goes. Jim Goodman is such a nice guy I read and hear. And he is in charge of wagering development. But he's gonna watch the CAW's chew up all the retail players as long as he is getting paid I guess. I hope folks slaughter Kee online when the meet opens and the wagering pools get destroyed in the final flash on some races. Happy Opening Weekend.
