It is not just a pithy little statement. He typed out his thoughts, observations, and questions to be considered and then posted it as a photo. So it will take a little bit of time to understand everything. It isn't just a Hey, I got 'em tweet/post.

He has the information that basically has the tracks, Dr. Nick, the tote companies all nailed on the past posting with times, numbers, and get this. . . even a need the lead horse who didn't get the lead and ..get this there's more. ... a big bet on someone else who eventually didn't win. And it was a Refund. Now who would that benefit the most? Probably the folks that bet the most and maybe even just one that bets the most. And one that even bets late as we have all suspected that can see beyond the simple "the tote is ancient" propaganda pushed on retail folks.

Someone should send a letter to the tracks that you are now on notice based on this race that past posting is happening with Dr. Nick, and that you and the tote companies, continuing to allow past posting will be viewed as intentional and grounds for a fraudulent suit. It is Beyond obvious.

Where's Byk, TDN, bloodhorse, drf, etc etc getting to the bottom of this? Oh right,....That wouldn't benefit them so they haven't called Paul for an interview I guess.
