The number of examples I have shared on this site along with the one posted by Matties in his post are enough to state that wagers are being made after part of the race is complete esp when confirmed front runner E1 types don't make the lead or break bad and can't be ignored. At least 10 beyond glaring examples have been posted.

Look, you don't want to believe it. The evidence keeps piling up. Bets after the bell by their own records. Bets that point to one player. Bets that are in concert with seeing a portion of the race. The race 9 records show it. Maybe an "exacta watcher" can't ascertain the forest but for the trees on something like this. As you essentially stated once, some people just aren't very good at some things while being excellent at others. (Insert Shrug Emoji). Sharp handicappers are seeing it and it is nearly undeniable.
