By your logic, and your prior posts, the bets that came in TWO HOURS after the race at Parx were actually made prior to the horses breaking from the gate.
I'm pretty sure you have asserted no one is ever betting after the bell. Certainly not illegally. That's a nebulous word isn't it? Here's a race that was refunded, bets were recorded two hours later, bets were record 40 plus seconds after the race started with an E1 breaking poor that point at only one better. You have never ever explained how he is ALWAYS the last one in the pool every single time. And you have never explained how his wagers align with handicapping that could only have occurred during the early stages of the race.
As my dad always said "There's no cheating horse racing." The difference is that he was being sarcastic. You, on the other hand, actually believe it despite every single sector of the industry having their hands in the nefarious and proverbial cookie jars.
