I didn't even notice Paul talks about bets made 2 hours after the race. I have no idea how he has such information, and he does NOT make heavy weather of it .

Explain how anyone , computers or not, could make a complicated series of batch bets in 5 diff pools , in the few seconds after the off.

Is it plausible that 100's of millions would be made, for years ,at every track, by past posting, and no one in charge would notice or care .

I know this is the golden age of tin foil hats, but I don't see it.

As for my bias, or lack of it. Probably 20 years ago or more I said rebates to whales was gonna be a problem. And I might have been one of the first on earth to notice the NYRA winpool cutoff before it was announced. Posted it here.

So my observational skills aren't really in question.
