I've never encountered this before - bet late OAK P5 after scr announced around noon. A little past 1pm (races had started at 12:30), the 9 is suddenly re-entered in Race 8 - and WINS! You can check equibase on the times this happened. I'm interested if anyone has encountered this anywhere before? Needless to say I had runner up...no, I was not on site - it's 30 degrees here.
