Interesting. This shows up in the Equibase changes feed, as two entries . Both with the same timestamp, oddly .
First scratching, then flipping it back.
There was a horse scratched is the same race named American Outlaw , that probably caused some confusion.
Was over 20-1 in the dd's and somehow got bet to 11-1 in the race.
