If Belmont only needed a 1/2 billion dollars for all that work, why does Hawthorne need $400 million?
Didn't New York issue bonds for that renovation? If the state is invested like that , there is a bit of optimism for New York.
NYRA , Kentucky, and Oaklawn look like they maybe the only ones left.
