Kentucky would quickly become the king of Retail Wagering Dollars Year Round.
I am eager to see the folks who come out and are against this type of legislation. Two "heavyweight" analysts in the game (one literally who is young enough that the game needs to be around in a few decades as he can't make it in life otherwise is my guess and the other one figuratively) that are always chummy and good buds I bet will have some commentary on this and saying it shouldn't even be considered or some other inane argument. Their stance(s) makes one start to believe they are on Dr Nick's payroll or that they know the house of cards is propped up at %'s the public shouldn't know far beyond 30% as is often reported.
Over at Keeneland, I bet Jim G. is concerned about his paycheck if it is incentive based. But he won't say much on this front I'd guess. He is wiser than the two I reference above.
