The attachment described below is not attached but please see this letter below. The contact information is there. And here is the website with more information. PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. As a Missouri resident, I have to stand on the sidelines but trust me if I had an ADW I'd be all over it. I have always believed the consumer protection state laws are a fantastic route to a WIN. Keep after them if you can assist.

_______________
Dear Horse Racing Fan:

Thank you for contacting Hagens Berman regarding the class action lawsuit concerning Computer Assisted Wagering (“CAW”).

We are currently preparing to file an amended complaint in this case, which is due on Friday, February 27. In the course of our investigation, we have determined that the consumer protection laws of certain states—including New York —provide important protections that may offer additional remedies for residents.

In every class action, one or more individuals serve as “class representatives” (also known as named plaintiffs). These individuals represent the interests of all members of the class. Class representatives do not bear any financial obligation for the case. Their role primarily involves staying reasonably informed about the litigation, communicating with our firm as needed, and assisting with the preparation of the case. While the time commitment is generally minimal, the role is critically important to advancing the claims on behalf of all affected bettors.

We initially filed this case with a single class representative. Based on our research, we believe it would be advantageous to assert claims under certain state consumer protection statutes. However, to do so, we must add at least one class representative from each applicable state.

Attached is a document outlining in greater detail the rights and responsibilities of serving as a class representative in this matter.

If you are willing to serve in this role, please sign and return the attached document at your earliest convenience, as the filing deadline is this Friday.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Sincerely,

Karl Barth
