Ok they don't have a Track here but they do have unlimited Sunshine and Thongs. If I you want to completely forget what day it is and time, come here.

There are 5 Major Derby Preps left in the East.

Louisiana Derby
Florida Derby
Blue Grass
Wood
Arkansas Derby

Brown and Cox may win 4 of the 5. Pletcher gets the crumbs. We will concede the West Coast to Baffert. But first things first and that brings us to the Louisiana Derby. Chip Honcho is the horse to beat. They took the Blinkers off and he seemed much more settled. This track can come up rail speed favoring at times on these days and who goes with this one early? Asmussen has a history of getting it done here in these La Derby preps. Track Phantom. Epicenter. Magnitude. We can even go all the way back to Gun Runner.

Brown has the horse on the outside. Has anyone ever run a 97 Beyer in a Tampa Maiden race? The runnerup did not run well in Tampa Derby. This horse with Pratt may take a decent amount of money and with an outside Post I would skeptical. Beware of Cox. Since he has a ton of horses coming his way from good owners he can be a little more patient. Give them a race or two. Look the guy is good and if those Owners trust him I should too. Until he wins a race by 20 lengths and they run a Negative 10 and the Future Stallion Commercials start immediately....This race looks toxic with everyone desperate to get into the Derby!!

Accelerize has beaten Jist a Touch and nearly beat Hit Show. Working great. But the local Hero is Fast and here we go with Speed on the rail again.
Lagynos was a cut below the best at 3 and 4. Then he ran a Big Top at KD and it probably set him back a tad. The last may mean he got the Big Effort behind him and more good is to come. Montador had trouble and is improving. Program Trading is not.

Let's hope it doesn't rain. They have a chance to put on a Good Show with all Top Jocks, Trainers and Owners on hand.
