Since the law has been in effect in NYC for years, what are they doing at Aqueduct? I imagine whatever they've been doing at Aqueduct, they'll do at Saratoga.
Also, I've been to games at Met-Life stadium & they have the cash to card transaction machines. Here's something from the article about cash to card machines: Another exception is that stores don’t need to accept cash if they have a device on-site that converts cash into prepaid cards, but no fee can be charged for the conversion, and minimum conversion thresholds can’t be set higher than $1.
