According to the case files, the Antonucci-trained Bee a Queen tested positive for 0.119 ng/ml of 3-hydroxylidocaine, a metabolite of Lidocaine and a Class B controlled medication substance, after breaking her maiden in a race at Gulfstream Park on June 14, 2025.

Antonucci discovered that an unnamed “racing support staff� person had applied “Healthwise 4% Lidocaine topical cream,� an over-the-counter pain-relief cream, to their own legs twice per day on June 13 and 14, 2025.

My own additional note. An Oct 8th DRF article states that she was notified of the positive test. Her record since October 8th, 4 for 97, 4%. 3 maiden wins all 5f on poly at GP and a Clm30kN3L on dirt at BAQ.
