There is only one Big Difference in this Casino example and Race Track's. The money being stolen isn't from them, the House, but the other Customers who are NOT getting this Deal.

And people continue to tout the Gross Amounts as being UP! Its no where near as relevant as the Gross Profit percentage. (Profits Pre Operating Expenses) And that is why some companies are trying so hard to blur that key metric. But Wall Street isn't as stupid as they think.

The Class Action Suit may have challenges. But if Discovery proves there have been unethical internal relationships lacking transparency that tilted the playing field in favor of certain parties they have contractual relationships over others they don't. Then this stock and all the other's will see 50 before it sees a 100 ever again....
