Pletcher 0 for 24 so far this week for Belmont at Saratoga Festivities if my math for today is correct. He has horses in 3 races tomorrow to finish up the week.

Todd Pletcher finished the 2025 Sar meet on a Tear. 12 for his final 31 starters won, a cool 39 percent (8/27 to 9/1). If you eliminate his first time starters from that last 31 starters, he was 12 for 23 to end the meet as none of his FTS won and only one even hit the board. 52%. That included three Grade 1's and 5 stakes wins.

Mark Casse wins with Mi Bago, Nitrogen (113 Beyer), Counting Stars, Classic Q this week. Three of them with lifetime best Beyer figures with Classic Q TBD from today.

Cherie had Englishman win a race that probably results in a 112+ Beyer as an educated guess and won the Belmont At Sar.

Miguel Clement won with Determinstic and Tawny Port who he both said all week were working best of all his horses.

Maybe related, two years in a row, the trainers of the Derby winner and Belmont winner give a middle finger to the Preakness, the Triple Crown, and fans of the Triple Crown.

On the handicapping front, the inner turf winners today were all wire-to-wire winners. Races 3, 7, 14. Mark that down for future reference. Favorable Scenario could be one to strongly consider next time out of the finale.

I have opinions on the items I cited in the post but I have kept it factual as best I can for you to reach your own conclusions. More timely (importantly as a gambler in the short term), there may be opportunities on tomorrow's card if you look closely.
