Good Lord here where do I begin. I guess I will start with

Johnny M:
I have been pretty critical of CD and some of their financial moves and why I would totally avoid buying this Stock. However I will give these guys credit for taking a small Race Track Operation (the Old CD) and turning into a robust Online and Onsite Wagering Business. Getting licensed and approved in all these States takes a lot of time and work. Compare that to Stronach who now is nothing more than a Land Play. However Churchill has grown Revenue from $1.9B in 2022 to $2.9B in 2025. And they have mastered the art of making less money every year. $439M in 2022 and $389M in 2025 while adding another $500M in Debt. The $1.0B of additional CAPEX spend for CEO vanity projects did not include any upgrades to the backstretch and its facilities. The internal memo that was sent around to see if they could begin charging rent to all the Ants, Termites and Cockroaches that have infested the 75 year old structures goes before the Board this year.....

Oscar:
I can see you are your usual M-S cantankerous and contemptuous self :). Riding horses as a Jockey is a skill. If Jose Ortiz goes to the Trainer and says "he needs blinkers" the trainer had better listen. Like what they did with Golden Tempo in Louisiana Derby. Setting themselves up for 2nd time Blinkers, or NO Blinkers in the Kentucky Derby. Add Lagynos to the list of horses he has moved up. 4-20 without Ortiz. 5-7 with Ortiz.

Gary and Others:
I said before the race 6/5 looked short on Sovereignty. How do you think I felt when I saw 1-2? My problem is I am too loyal. I either bet less or don't bet at all but I struggle to bet against after they have been good to me. I am probably not the first person to suffer from this.

Happy July 4th and 250th Anniversary Everyone!!
