I was doing some late night handicapping and I noticed that DRF Formulator indicated about midnight California time that ALL turf races will be off as each turf race turned to a brown hue and said, "Off Turf". Now they are back to indicating that the races are still on the turf - not sure what to think but I thought it was odd to move them off unless the course was deemed unsafe given a number of circumstances.
