Charlie Chaplin Show line still has me laughing.

Before I read Boscar's reply, I already knew he would say your eyes were deceiving you!

NYRA shared in late May that the two big CAW's (and everyone knows who they are) were responsible for a decline in handle (after restrictions were put in place). NYRA did not blatantly state those two are no longer wagering altogether but one would surmise that to be true. Yet those tracks that still allow them to bet far later than all other people continue to see these type of situations. And no one does anything about it.

At least NYRA did. Probably the circuit to be playing these days for this reason only.

But remember, even when the Pick 3's and Doubles don't match up with the late odds change involving a favorite that breaks last, your eyes ARE deceiving you!
