I do apologize to all, granted my post was speculation, a deduction by association, a speculation. And I was not correct on specifics.
It was an attempt to find the human history behind the numbers as Silver presented them.
Behind all the numbers in this industry are flesh and blood, and heart; things which are not fully quantifiable.
History piles up until one day a heart turns.
It was just a bad situation all around, either way, for everyone, a dilemma for everyone
Now, everyone also makes honest mistakes, ask me, I've done it. But if it wasn't intentional or a factor in performance, then it was a slipup, an honest mistake. Nevertheless, at the end of the day the absolute insurer rule holds the trainer responsible. And at that level of competition for a second violation on the same inconsequential ointment at that moment, and with all of the consequences that followed, may have been felt as a big big slipup to some hearts, and the final one.
And likewise, the Forte positive debacle.
I try to be salient, but I think I need to step back from worrying about the history and just be happy with the numbers. I like numbers.....they tell a story
