Say it ain't so. The ITM Bunch including Pete, JK, and all their pals that love and adore each other's success just got associated with another scandal. This one isn't just betting the NHC while in Florida via a straw man or playing games with what collusion means. . .

This one involves The Jockey Club. This one involves every dollar he bet into the pools, every tournament he bet, every claiming decision he made, every horse that he peered into their health records, every single piece of information he used as a steward of the entire industry to benefit himself and those around him including his own CAW play . . . How about those VET PP's?

This guy shouldn't be welcome at any race track in America ever again. That's being kind. But I'm sure Daddy will be called in to save the day from potential, far reaching implications.

Just when you thought that racing couldn't shoot any more bullets into its own feet, you discover, just wait one more day! This is WILD but not unexpected.

Horse racing is often generalized when it should not be. Recently though, it is JUSTIFIED and it can be generalized that the game/industry/sport attracts cheaters . . . . less than ethical folks . . . and everyone looking to get an edge no matter the stakes. . . and on and on.

Given he wouldn't agree to a settlement with the powers that be, this could be very interesting. If I see him at a race track, I'll have ZERO PROBLEM telling him to his face he is a CHEAT. Again, that's being kind from my view initially.

Former BCBC champ should call it a career as an owner, gambler, and fan.
