And, likewise, I’m baffled about how Baffert got on a HISA advisory committee about medications. The fox is in the hen house.
Did he apply for it? Did he approach HISA or did HISA approach him?
Or, was there some uber wealthy, self-important, self-entitled owner who was a go between and leveraged it? OK OK OK ! that’s speculation, I know,
but I really really really would like to know exactly how that came about.
