These vet records are a clear edge. No serious horseman or horseplayer doubt it. I would love to have access to these records. If you’re claiming horses or betting them this information can be used solidly to your advantage.

If you want put a monetary value on it then you have to see how much money was invested and gambled using this information.

But accquiring it without permission and without other people’s knowledge and then playing along as if you had no idea about it in a conference call discussing it is intentionally deceptive and injurious to the sport and another interference in the outcome of payoffs for pari-mutual event

The dude needs to pay serious restitution along with a significant banishment

Free access to data and full transparency would prevent such fraud and deception.
We need owners that actually give a damn about the sport and the industry and not owners that use the cache of thoroughbred ownership as a another status symbol

Gimme the blue bloods. They don’t wave their money around and count it in public and stomp their feet and whine when they don’t get their way
This is just another example of how money cannot buy class.
