Nice to see Robin Howlett's writing surface again. Some of you will recall that about 8 years ago, Equibase forced him to cease and desist with his app called "Handycapper", as they deemed it an unauthorized use of the company's data. Given his day job and love of horse racing, he is probably the best person on the planet to write such a piece on such short notice. Well done!
