As to 3, I don't really care what happens to the gentleman Gramm, whether they slap his privileged, unsportsmanlike wrist, or they whether they do something harsher, which at least the hoi polloi feel is justified, or whether they do nothing at all. (Though, I wouldn't feel sorry for him if he got kicked out of the Reading Room, if he has been admitted, and definitely not admitted if he hasn't)

I care about having access to the same veterinary information that he had access to, and that informed his betting and his claiming. That is what I want.
They could publish those records on a public page of their website. There is no reason they cannot do it and every reason that they ought to do it

1.His handle wouldn't be so big if he didn't have access to those vet records

2. Handle everywhere would grow if there was public access to those vet records

3. Publishing those records would show which trainers are dependent upon 'needle intervention. There are many non invasive therapeutic modalities out there that should be promoted by HISA. But no, I'm not going to rag on the trainers here, I'm going to rag on those wealthy owners that stick it to the trainers and say "if you don't do it for me, I'll take my horse to someone who will" These owners are the biggest problem horse racing has today. Been wanting to say that for a long time
ONLY real solution is to publicly publish the vet records. Transparency.
