HISA is funded by the industry.
Any chance HISA (Wink Wink) gives out info to these CAW teams?
CAW teams whose participates included race track owners, horse owners and other individuals tied into the industry. These race tracks recently invested in tote boards as well. These same tracks recently tried to incorporate a new triple crown series or whatever you want to call it.
In return these CAWs and individuals make nice donations back to HISA?

To me it looks like a kangaroo court.
Nothing will come from this except normal players getting annoyed.
