Today I made a winning bet on #1 in the 9th at SAR. Via Twinspires. My balance increased appropriately. I came back an hour late, and the bet is gone from the activity log, and my account balance is sans my winnings.
I call Twinspires, and some goon just keeps asking if I have a screenshot, which I don't.
