That is why I switched to ExpressBet. This happened to me twice! Oddly, it was not a huge score so I remain puzzled how it happens. Even midst wager I saw it there. End of P5? Still there...no winnings posted. Called service to no avail (screenshot excuse - like all of us even know HOW to screenshot). Next day I call back - no record exists, disappeared. Good move away.
