Shout out to the poster (SC) last year that pointed out Brad Cox only started ONE horse in the Breeders' Cup races. Infinite Sky in the BC Juvenile Filly Turf race who finished 6th, 3 3/4 lengths behind the winner.
No other starters.
Fast forward to 2026.
Travers Winner Leading Change. Cox has decided to skip the Breeders Cup and look ahead to the Clark Handicap and his 4yo campaign.
Hopeful Winner The Good Life. Cox has decided to skip the Breeders Cup and look ahead to his 3yo campaign.
Hmmm...interesting pattern worth paying attention to moving ahead.
