TG--Not in the final time, which is all he measures. The posted fractions were unbelievably slow.

I will say that I took off a lot more from
that race than the surrounding ones. This could be a function of pace, mis-timing, or the hallacious changing wet-fast track that day.

I was forced to leave boxes for the following race, which contained 8 first-time starters, and 3 horses that had run once. If Ragozin made a figure for that race, I would love to hear him defend it.
