Regarding the Analysis - Another in which reality cooperated with what was forecast. It is especially nice for TG to put its clientele on a winner in race #1.
Gunrunner's motion captured my attention. What I saw was a horse that really gathers himself prior to jumping up and forward. Similar to big cats. Curious for me as I've never really noticed his athleticism before.
With the scratch of What A Star in the 10th. I thought both the exacta and trifecta were very playable. I was asleep at the wheel until there was no time left and I saw the :46 w/o by the 20/1 runner up. Trainer Jack Frost is a new name for me. I rarely play CD.
Last but not least, my recurring thought, a TG analysis also eligible list to draw from in the event of a scratch like Bourbon Country. e.g. Fireball Shot. Knowing it is impractical but an analysis that is closer to real time is on my wish list. Some means of managing scratches and other surprises.
It was a nice card. Another worthwhile analysis and for those who had the #6 Hawaakom in more than just 4th place behind GR in the feature - ouch!
