Why is everyone hopping on the above horse? Why? What does he have in common with the recent Belmont winners below?

Point Given
Commendable
Lemon Drop Kid
Victory Gallop
Touch Gold
Editors Note
Thunder Gulch
Tabasco Cat
Colonial Affair
A.P. Indy
Hansel
Go and Go
Easy Goer
Risen Star

He ain't trained by Mojo Filter and what real excuse did he have in the Derby? Everyone says: "That Delahoussaye was so smart seeing soft fractions and he compromised the running style of the horse to lay closer than he would have otherwise." Bull Feces. Perfect always runs the same paced race. He's a stalker and he was a bit closer cause the others didn't go quite as fast. He closed in 25 in the Derby ...not bad. If he can get the last quarter in 26 that would give him a 2:28. That might win it. You like that 12:1 at Turfway? It was the one race beyond six panels he didn't really fade late. Maybe he can clunk up all the way to Carnations. Or maybe its just as simple as "Hey he finished third and has had rest." My current opinion says the only thing that gets this horse near the carnations is circumstances and even if they occur I have the strongest reservations about him being the beneficiary at the distance. Anybody bother checking his dam side or are you all Dynaformer fans? So one might back in by wheeling him second or third, but isn’t that poor, inefficient, gutless, classless, clueless, intellectually bankrupt, despicable handicapping? Pick your winner and take your beating when you lose whiners.

Head to Head, Kentucky Derby Starter most likely to miss the money in the Belmont. Choose your loser:

Megadeath vs. Perfect Dread, I meant Medaglia D’oro vs. Perfect Drift

Lenny Friedman had a partner and he had a rap with T-Graph.
Him and David G. Patent were just out prowlin' around
He said, "I see two horses runnin' off, they didn’t look like dorks.
They jumped onto a sand track with out of state works.”
And Mister Jerry Brown just nodded his head.
Adding: "Wait a minute, boys, this horse ain’t dead"
But someone got their selections for free.
And though this man could hardly see
He told him that he could identify the winning horse.

Four in the mornin' when they hauled the Sheets in,
Took them to the study room and they brought him upstairs.
The goofy man looks up through his one cryin' eye
Laughin, "Who’d they say the winner was, He ain't the guy!"
Yes, here's the story of the Belmont Stakes,
The race the authorities came to say
Was a race that their horse coulda won
but for the things that came undone.
But with luck their pick woulda been
The champion of the world.
