On Oats horse by horse factual recitation, I rest my case that Lukas is doping. The dope may not even be illegal. I think he's blood packing. Sure some are explainable, but Wayne certainly ain't a hay and oats man. He's a winner, but he ain't good for horses.

And I will piss on his grave, God willing.
