EXODUS, a Larry Jones runner broke his maiden yesterday at Fairgrounds. This is a very impressive colt, one to keep on your Triple-Crown-Trail radar screens! I would expect him to run in the big Fairgrounds Stakes races in the next few months. He's got some catching up to do for sure, but this is a year where I think up and coming three-year-olds may be better than the brutes we've already seen. So many have matured so fast already. I wonder where they'll be by the time the Derby rolls around? Sometimes these long campaigns take their toll. This also appears to be a very deep crop of three-year-olds. One of the best I've seen in a long time.
