I agree with you Phil about the trip and that no U.S. colts have been impressive so far.
Godolphin clearly has the best-bred youngsters. Many of them are bred for the stretchout to longer distances.
Unfortunately, I don't think some of their best candidates raced enough last year (if at all).
BUT, Suroor has proven he can big performances out of their stock off the layoff. I am anxiously awaiting their arrival this year.
