I believe this horse has to win the Phoenix on Friday to enter the BC without having to pay a supplemental fee. Am I correct?

And Runhappy is in the race. If true, this race holds much intrigue if the owners aren't willing to supplement him. I'm guessing Runhappy goes off as the favorite, Work All Week 2nd choice.
