Slow horses/competition far more likely to cause those trainer goose eggs in Cali than testing.Never been a Jacobson fan, tough read on droppers, no signature moves really. Claims,taps/injects and turns over many in a hurry. Had some real move ups along the way but is really not a high percentage trainer, no positives in NY since he resurfaced.
Trainers tough reads sometimes,e.g.hay/oats/water Graham Motion also struggling at Gulfstream meet along with Kiaran Mc Laughlin, tough testing? doubtful.Nick Zito can't win anywhere, testing or slow horses?
On the other hand, Rudy winning with anything with four legs at the quality challenged Aqueduct Inner meet.Oh, barn raided more than once and his test, along w/others subjected to an extra look by testers.....nuthin but some picogram overages of the baseline for permitted stuff.
As stated before and noted by JB, testers are up against it vs those with the magic bullet whoever they may be.
